Shipping Policy
AWISE now ships to both the UK and Europe.
We may extend to the rest of the world in the future and will announce our plans when we have more information.
Delivery Cost
UK Shipping:
All of our orders are shipped with Royal Mail. We currently only ship our parcels using Royal Mail’s “Tracked 48” service.
Postage to the UK will cost £4.99 for orders worth less than £100.00
Postage to the UK for orders worth more than £100.00 will be free.
Free UK shipping will use Royal Mail - Tracked 48 only. You may pay for shipping if you wish to use another option if one is available.
European Shipping:
All of our orders are shipped from the UK with Royal Mail. When the parcel arrives in your country it is taken over by a local postal service. Shipping Rates to Europe are calculated at checkout based on weight and by destination. Not all shipping options listed will be available to you. AWISE is not required to and will not cover any customs duties or import taxes on orders shipped outside of the UK. Please ensure you are aware of any charges in your country that may apply when ordering from the UK before placing your order.
Standard European Shipping:
Postage to Europe Zone 1 starts from £7.99
Postage to Europe Zone 2 starts from £8.49
Postage to Europe Zone 3 starts from £8.99
Postage to Europe for orders worth more than £250.00 will be free.
Free European shipping will ship from the UK with Royal Mail. You may pay for shipping if you wish to use another option if one is available.

Delivery Time
Processing Time:
Orders containing items that are in-stock are processed within 3-5 working days - as well as shipping times.**
Any orders that contain items that are on pre-order will be processed once the items are ready to be shipped. These orders may take up to 10 weeks to be processed - as well as shipping times - unless otherwise stated.*

These orders may take up to 10 weeks to be processed - as well as shipping times - unless otherwise stated.* We will hold your in-stock items aside so that if they sell out or are no longer for sale then you will still be able to receive them.
If you wish, you can separately order pre-order and in-stock items but will have to pay for shipping twice, unless qualifying for free shipping, and will receive your items in two separate deliveries. Expect the orders to be processed within their respective times stated above.
*If the item(s) on pre-order has a date for expected release then these times may be fewer or greater than 10 weeks

Shipping Time:
Once your order is processed, it will be shipped with Royal Mail and all that will be left is for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
Orders within the UK are shipped with Royal Mail and delivery times may vary across the UK.
Orders to Europe are shipped with Royal Mail and are delivered by a local postal service once in the destination country and delivery times may vary across Europe.
Royal Mail aims to deliver orders within the time stated below. We cannot guarantee that orders will arrive within the time frames set out by Royal Mail.
